The project supports approximately 110 employees in private and open offices, as well as support spaces such as conference rooms, file areas, and ancillary facilities.

Spread over a carpet area of 28,000 square feet, the office design integrates diverse functional requirements within a cohesive professional environment suitable for an international financial organization.

The design reflects employee-centric workplace principles emphasizing both collaborative and focused work environments within the 28,000 square-foot space. International organizations like the IFC require offices that balance private workspace for confidential financial discussions with open areas facilitating team collaboration and knowledge-sharing—a balance achieved through strategic spatial planning that accommodates varied work modes.
