RKA designed one of Bangalore’s first mixed development complexes in the heart of the city. The project comprises a 4 Star Hotel, commercial and retail areas on a plot of 1.67 acres.
The complex has a total built-up area of 226000 sft, of which the hotel is spread over 140000 sft. The commercial section consists of shopping and retail areas. The hotel consists of 147 rooms spread over 13 floors including health club and terrace top swimming pool.
