In 1998, RKA designed the complete Space Planning, Interiors, Landscape and Engineering services for the Coca Cola Corporate headquarters at Gurugram near New Delhi to international specifications outlined by the design team and approved by Coca-Cola’s project team from Atlanta.

The Coca Cola Corporate headquarters was designed in 88,000 square feet of space spread over 5 floors, which caters to approximately 400 personnel. RKA designed and coordinated all engineering services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and security systems. The project co-ordination and management team on site ensured that the offices were finished in record time despite concurrent construction activity in other parts of the building.

The project exemplifies integrated multi-disciplinary design coordination for international corporate standards, requiring seamless collaboration among architectural, interior design, landscape, and comprehensive engineering disciplines.
