600,000 square feet – Phase I
Architecture, Interior Design
A 600-bed super specialty Hospital located in Gurgaon, on a land measuring 10.648 acres, was built in phases, with total built-up area of 1279045 square feet. Phase I consisting of 400 beds, with built-up area of 6 lakh square feet has been completed. This Super-Specialty Hospital includes extensive diagnostic facilities, day care, specialty healthcare and specialist healthcare services.
Designed as a super specialty care hospital on an 11-acre campus, the architecture responds to the vision of creating a high-end, user-friendly delivery of healthcare designed from the patient’s point of view.
The building layout maximizes use of space while incorporating natural light to create a healing environment for patients across multiple floors. The design consolidates diagnostic facilities, day care, specialty healthcare and specialist healthcare services into a coherent spatial organization that emphasizes operational efficiency and circulation.
Strategic placement of departments ensures independent entrance points for different patient flows—emergency, outpatient, and maternity—reducing circulation conflicts and enhancing wayfinding clarity.
