RKA has designed Uttar Pradesh Government and HCL’s ambitious IT City project at Chack Gajaria, Lucknow.

The 100 acre IT SEZ consists of Core and Non-Core Areas – 60% of the land has to be used for IT / ITES Development as Core Area. Out of the total Core Area of 60 acres, 30 acres can be used for own IT unit and balance 30 acres can be subleased including 10 acres of Skill Development Centre. 40 acres of Non-Core Area would be combination of healthcare, residential, and commercial developments.

HCL will develop IT Buildings, Training Centre and Hostel in the core area in different phases. Total built-up area to be developed in Phase I & II is 1.35 million sft.
