Located in Mihan, Nagpur, the project is planned to be developed in Phases – Phase 1 of the Griha 4 Star Rated Green Campus was developed on 66 acres.
Authored by RKA’s studio as a landscape‑led masterplan, the campus arranges academic buildings, student hostels, libraries, dining facilities, administration block, faculty blocks, guest houses, sports center, health center, visitor centers and an amphitheatre around meaningfully landscaped and ecologically green spaces such as cycle tracks, pedestrian friendly pathways and plazas.

All structures have been designed with cross‑ventilated plans, pedestrian‑friendly pathways and plazas offering students a safe and comfortable environment.
Phase 1 establishes the academic core with RCC frame typologies and modular grids for adaptable classrooms and residences, terracotta‑accented institutional façades for thermal moderation, and balcony‑fronted hostel rooms to enhance light and cross‑ventilation.
