This 250-room luxury hotel is located near the New Delhi International Airport and comprises conference and business centre facilities, restaurants, and a fitness centre. The office and hotel facilities are designed to maintain overall continuity in the architectural vocabulary of the exterior.

The building is designed on a long, narrow plot along NH-8, where the linear urban form is articulated by breaking the mass into smaller blocks to reduce visual monotony. Each block is defined using local sandstone and textured stucco in the façade detailing.

Architecturally, the project responds sensitively to its constrained site conditions while establishing a strong presence along a major arterial corridor.

The segmentation of the building mass allows the long frontage to be visually scaled down, creating a rhythmic façade composition that enhances human perception and urban engagement.

Material selection plays a key role in reinforcing this articulation, with sandstone, textured finishes, and glazing providing both durability and contextual relevance.

Planning strategies ensure clear separation of public, semi-public, and private zones, enabling efficient circulation for guests and service functions.

The integration of hotel and business facilities is achieved through cohesive spatial planning, maintaining functional clarity while preserving architectural continuity.

Overall, the design balances site constraints, material expression, and functional efficiency, positioning the project as a refined hospitality landmark along the NH-8 corridor near the airport.
