The building envelope and massing are planned to present a unified corporate presence while allowing modular expansion of individual wings should operational needs evolve.

Interior planning incorporates natural lighting and visual connection from office spaces to landscaped perimeter grounds, with circulation flows separated into public, staff, and service pathways to minimize congestion.
