Developed as the new cultural centre at Lucknow by Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), this mixed-use project consists of a Cultural Centre (Art Gallery, Handicraft Pavilions & Museum), a Convention Centre / Auditorium, Central Plaza, Retail, Offices, Hotel, Serviced Apartments, Residential Apartments and Multi-level Parking. The project is spread over a land area of 56 acres is being developed in phases consisting of different building blocks.

Phase I consisting of Multi-Function Block having Cultural Centre and Central Plaza spread over 1.4 million sft and is nearing completion.

Phase II consists of High Street Retail, Convention Centre, Offices and Hotel. The Convention Centre consists of Exhibition Halls, Banquet Halls and 1500 pax Auditorium. Hotel and Office  Blocks would be developed by a different developer.

Services provided by RKA include Master Planning, Architectural, Structural, Interior Design, MEP Engineering, Landscape and Green Certification.
