Strategically located in South Delhi’s Vasant Kunj shopping and commercial district near the international airport, the 400‑room super‑luxury hotel was shaped by a rocky site context and a need for a strong architectural identity.
Strategically located in South Delhi’s Vasant Kunj shopping and commercial district near the international airport, the 400‑room super‑luxury hotel was shaped by a rocky site context and a need for a strong architectural identity.
Banquet and conference suites are given an independent entry sequence and an adjoining garden that can operate as an outdoor extension to increase event capacity.
The planning language balances civic‑scale arrival with intimate hospitality spaces through layered setbacks, shaded perimeters, and courtyard massing, while the exterior material palette establishes a durable, regionally resonant envelope and a clear visual dialogue between stone cladding and transparent volumes.
