Aluminium composite panel, sand stone and glass curtain wall. Unitech Trade Centre is one of the premium office buildings in Gurgaon, spread over 400,000 sq. ft. with a typical floor plate of 40,000 sq. ft. The floor plate was designed to be easily divided into distinct parts. The ground floor of the building accommodates exhibition halls, showrooms, and a restaurant. The façade is a mix of sand stone and aluminium cladding.
The architectural design of Unitech Trade Centre focuses on flexibility, efficiency, and strong urban presence within Gurgaon’s early commercial development corridor. Large, column-efficient floor plates allow multiple planning configurations, making the building adaptable to diverse office and commercial requirements.
The ground-floor planning activates the street interface through public-oriented functions, strengthening engagement with the surrounding urban fabric. The massing strategy ensures clarity of circulation and ease of access for both visitors and occupants.
Façade articulation using sandstone, aluminium composite panels, and a glass curtain wall creates a contemporary yet durable architectural expression, balancing solidity with transparency. Material selection reinforces the building’s corporate identity while responding to climatic conditions through controlled glazing and shading. The overall design establishes the project as a landmark commercial address, combining functional planning with a refined and enduring architectural character.
