Faridabad
4.47 acres, 600,000 sq. ft.
Architecture, Engineering, Planning & Urban Design
Designed for Mahindra Lifespaces, this high-end apartment complex was pre-certified with LEED Platinum rating by IGBC. The project comprises 160 premium residential apartments and 28 EWS units, developed over a total built-up area of 600,000 sq. ft.
The architectural design of Mahindra Chloris emphasises sustainable planning principles integrated with a refined residential environment. Site planning is organised to optimise orientation, daylight access, and natural ventilation across residential blocks, while maintaining generous landscaped open spaces within the development.
Building massing is carefully calibrated to balance density with visual openness, creating a coherent urban form that enhances livability.
Clear separation between residential, service, and circulation zones ensures functional efficiency and privacy for occupants.
The project incorporates environmentally responsive design strategies aligned with LEED Platinum benchmarks, including efficient building envelopes, shading devices, and reduced heat gain through thoughtful façade articulation.
Landscape design and internal open spaces act as key spatial elements, reinforcing community interaction while improving microclimatic comfort.
The overall architectural expression reflects a contemporary residential character that balances sustainability, comfort, and long-term adaptability, positioning Mahindra Chloris as a benchmark high-end residential development within Faridabad’s evolving urban fabric.
