An international IT park located at Hinjewadi, Pune, spread across 25 acres and comprising approximately 2.45 million sq. ft. of built-up area. The project has been developed jointly by the Singapore-based international developer Ascendas and the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).

Conceived as a world-class office campus, the development includes state-of-the-art office buildings along with retail and F&B facilities. A central courtyard serves as a primary access point to office and retail spaces. RKA’s scope included master planning and architectural design services.

The architectural design of the campus is driven by comprehensive master planning principles that integrate large-scale development with human-scaled public spaces.

Building massing is organised to create a cohesive campus environment, balancing density with generous open areas and landscaped zones. The central courtyard acts as the spatial and social heart of the development, improving wayfinding, connectivity, and interaction across the site.

Office blocks are planned with flexible floor plates and efficient cores to support varied tenant requirements and long-term adaptability.

Circulation networks clearly segregate vehicular and pedestrian movement, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.

Façade articulation and building orientation are designed to optimise daylight access while reinforcing a contemporary architectural identity.

The overall design establishes the project as a landmark IT destination, combining functional efficiency, strong urban form, and a refined campus character within Pune’s premier technology corridor.
