This IT Park for Parsvnath was designed on a land parcel measuring 9.2 acres. The project has a total built-up area of 1.8 million sq. ft., including a three-level basement of 723,610 sq. ft., planned to accommodate parking, building services, and operational infrastructure required for a large-scale commercial development.

Conceived as a contemporary IT and commercial campus, the project responds to the scale and density of Gurgaon’s rapidly evolving cyber and business district. The architectural planning emphasises efficient massing, modular and flexible office floor plates, and a rational structural grid to support multiple tenants and evolving workspace requirements.

Clear zoning and segregation of vehicular and pedestrian movement enhance safety and circulation efficiency across the site.
