Master planning and architectural designing of high-end luxury apartments was planned on a 20.5 acre site in Gurgaon.
The multi-storey development incorporated 377 four and five bedroom units and 11 townhouses, designed in two distinct components The World SPA East & West.
Each component contains a luxury fitness center and Spa in addition to 2 levels of underground parking.
RKA did the complete master planning and architectural design for the housing complex spread across 11 towers having 14 to 19 floors each.
