The IT SEZ for Espire Infoserve was designed on a site area of 26 acres, spread over a built-up area of 4 million square feet.

The integrated development includes IT buildings along with Retail, Hotel, Service Apartments and Commercial Offices. RKA provided Master Planning for the SEZ and Architectural Design for Phase I, establishing a comprehensive framework for what would become a multi-functional economic zone serving Faridabad’s IT industry ecosystem.

The design exemplifies large-scale IT Special Economic Zone master planning that transcends conventional single-use industrial development by integrating diverse programmatic functions—technology, hospitality, residential, and retail—within a cohesive 26-acre framework.

This multi-functional approach reflects contemporary SEZ philosophy recognizing that successful technology zones require supporting infrastructure, amenities, and services that enable talent attraction and retention through livable, walkable, complete communities.

The integration of service apartments addresses housing requirements for knowledge workers and corporate visitors, while hotel, retail, and recreational facilities create ecosystem completeness that extends beyond work-focused programming.
