Pune
600,000 sq. ft. – Phase I
Architecture, Engineering, Planning & Urban Design
This IT Park, designed for Shapoorji Pallonji in Pune, was developed over a built-up area of 600,000 sq. ft. in its Phase I of development. SP Infocity comprises three IT units / cyber towers along with a clubhouse. Developed as one of the largest IT parks in Pune, the project was envisioned to consolidate Shapoorji Pallonji’s foray into the real estate sector. Planned to be developed in phases, each phase consisted of fully completed cyber towers, ready for immediate occupation.
The architectural design of SP Infocity is driven by a phased master planning strategy that allows scalability while maintaining functional and visual coherence across the campus.
Building massing is organised to establish a strong corporate identity while ensuring efficient site circulation and clarity of access.
The cyber towers are planned with flexible floor plates and efficient service cores to support diverse IT tenant requirements.
Clear segregation of pedestrian and vehicular movement enhances safety and operational efficiency throughout the development.
Shared amenities such as the clubhouse are strategically positioned to act as communal anchors within the campus.
Façade articulation and building orientation respond to daylight and climatic considerations, reinforcing energy-conscious design principles.
The overall architectural approach balances large-scale IT infrastructure with adaptability, positioning SP Infocity as a significant and enduring technology campus within Pune’s commercial landscape.
