Designed for client Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd., this IT SEZ, planned over an area of 63.56 acres, was envisaged as a Green development.
Phase I, spread across 6.14 acres and covering 750,000 sq. ft. was designed as a Green Building. The development consists of Retail and F&B Facilities on the Ground Floor.
