200 acres, 120,000 square feet (Phase I)
Architecture, Interior Design, Planning & Urban Design
An IT campus was designed for Tech Mahindra Ltd. on a land parcel measuring approximately 200 acres in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Phase I development comprises software blocks along with supporting facilities including a guest house and cafeterias / food courts, forming the initial framework of a larger technology campus envisioned for future expansion.
The architectural planning of the Tech Mahindra Campus is driven by a comprehensive master planning approach that organises the expansive site into clearly defined development zones. Office blocks are strategically positioned to maximise efficiency, connectivity, and flexibility for technology-based work environments.
The buildings are planned with large, adaptable floor plates and efficient service cores to accommodate evolving IT infrastructure and workplace requirements.
Landscaped open spaces and internal circulation corridors are integrated to create a campus-like environment that promotes interaction and movement across different functional components.
Supporting facilities such as the guest house and food courts are carefully located to serve as social and service anchors within the development.
Building orientation and façade articulation respond to climatic considerations while enhancing daylight access and occupant comfort.
The overall architectural vision establishes a scalable technology campus that balances corporate identity, functional efficiency, and a cohesive spatial framework for future growth.
