Central Park -1 established a landmark residential community through careful site planning that integrates 407 apartments and penthouses across 14.5 acres while maintaining substantial green space and pedestrian amenities.
The masterplan organizes residential towers vertically to maximize building efficiency and preserve ground-level landscaping, with cluster arrangements that create distinct neighborhoods and reduce the perception of scale.
Building massing incorporates setbacks and staggered profiles to create visual rhythm and allow natural light and ventilation circulation across the complex.
