The Software Development Campus designed for Perot Systems at Bangalore was designed on a site area of 13 acres. Phase I of the project was spread over 300,000 Sq. ft. and was completed in a record time of 9 months.

When fully developed this Campus would have 1 million Sft of built-up area. The Master Plan is designed using modular Software Blocks that assists in ease and speed of construction, fit-outs and maintenance.

The Campus includes Software Halls, Training Centre, Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Corporate Area, Guest House, Sports Complex and Swimming Pool.
